For that, we use the best analysis equipments as well as a pilot-unity allowing to model and validate the innovations before the industrial application.

Our integrated laboratory allows testing  our products in the real conditions of usage, notably with pastry chefs contribution.

The guarantee of our products

We have an integrated and full laboratory dedicated to quality control .  It handles physicochemical, bacteriological and microbiological analysis as well as sensory control.

 

 


An extreme vigilance is given to hygiene so that all monitors could at the end make sure that our margarine is a perfectly safe and healthy product.

Throughout the process, from raw material to  finished products going through all stages of production,  multiple control is  applied with much care , to the packaging that are checked by appropriate tests.
